4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information and materials required for the delivery of our services. This includes access to relevant accounts and platforms, as well as providing feedback and approvals as needed.
5. Confidentiality
Both Sphinix Marketing and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the course of the engagement.
6. Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property created as part of the services provided by Sphinix Marketing, including but not limited to content, designs, and strategies, will remain the property of Sphinix Marketing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of any outstanding fees for services rendered.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, clients agree to first contact Sphinix Marketing at info@sphinixmarketing.com to seek a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to seek mediation or arbitration as a means of resolving the dispute.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sphinix Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services provided.
10. Modification of Terms
Sphinix Marketing reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and the updated Terms will be posted on our website.
